Catalogue Distribution

What help is needed?

The exhibition catalogues arrive about a week before the exhibition opens. They are an important way in which we get the word out about the exhibition. Usually, companies are very pleased to have a small batch in their waiting rooms/staff areas. 

We need both a co-ordinator (plus lots of people to help) to get catalogues into offices in the insurance sector of the City as quickly as possible. It could also be Dentist waiting rooms, wine bars etc – any EC3 City places willing to support us in this simple way. We need someone to take delivery of a batch of the catalogues and organise the distribution by emailing the other artists to ask for their simple help in taking a batch to their own company. 

When?

Distribution around the second week of November 2025 – plus contacting the 2025 artists before that. 

Who?

Any willing artists and colleagues who are on the ground the City on the run-up to the exhibition.
