I have been painting now for several years, working in acrylics, and have worked in the Group function of Hiscox for eight years as an Operations Lead. Painting gives me an outlet to explore philosophical subjects, in particular how we observe and interact with the world.

In the last year I have been inspired to investigate the way perception and the physical interact, and change one another. To that end my recent work aims to give a vision of a world changed through human observation and individual interpretation, showing how a momentary glance can shift perspectives from one reality to another, with a focus that appears transient and nebulous when compared to the physical universe it momentarily inhabits.
