Art, for me, is an escape; a chance to focus my mind and get completely lost in the creative process. Time simply doesn’t exist when I have a canvas in front of me. I never start knowing what the end picture will look like and that is what I love about it. I am always amazed and captivated by the finished article.

I love how the different lights can completely transform a painting and like to experiment with textures, metallics, glitter and iridescent paints so I can watch it change throughout the day, depending on how the light catches it.

I like to create paintings that are joyful and fun. To me, art should be uplifting and mesmerising.
