Marie is a Czech-born painter and printmaker whose association with Lloyd’s market dates back to the 1980’s and 90’s when she was a member of the IT department at Leslie and Godwin insurance broker, later becoming Nicholson Leslie. She has since completed a Fine Art degree at the University for the Creative Arts, practiced as studio artist at Greenham Arts Centre in Newbury and is currently a member of the Spike Print Studios in Bristol.
