Elena Khomutova-Miller
Born and began my artistic career in Saratov, an important City on the banks of River Volga, populated principally by Tartars and Germans. I graduated in the School of Fine Arts and later I completed my studies in Photography. Elena’s husband works for Lloyd’s broker, SSL Endeavour.
