II have worked in the insurance industry for over four decades, mainly in Malta but with regular interactions with the Lloyd’s and London market, having also been a cover holder for a number of Lloyd’s underwriters. I am now retired from full-time employment but still active as a non-executive director on a number of insurance operations.

My artistic career started rather later in life but have held a number of solo exhibitions in Malta and several collectives. Although I mainly paint, I have also an interest in the creative field using found objects and themes relating to the preservation of the environment.

Lawrence first participated in the Lloyd’s Art Group Exhibition in 2023, with one of his works winning Aon’s First Prize.
