I am currently studying at Epsom University of the Creative Arts for an art foundation diploma. My work has been exhibited at the SW1 gallery, London, this year as well as in 2008.

I work mainly in oil paints, although I also enjoy experimenting with different media such as acrylic, sculpture, and photography. I am fascinated by the contrast between light and dark, and the effect that these can have on the semblance of a painting. One common theme throughout my work is my focus upon the human form, and the atmosphere created around that figure through texture, pattern, and colour.

I also focus upon conveying emotion of the figure through methods other than facial expressions, such as contortions of the form, varying textures of paint, as well as position of the form in relation to the background.
